We dentists don’t learn business at school, and when we start work, on weekend,we learn technical skills on course, and weekdays,we are busy with seeing patients so we don’t have much time to learn business.
I am a business coach and dentist now, but when I was a dentist in Tokyo, I used to practice until late every day on weekdays, read dental books after coming home, and go to implant courses and aesthetic treatment courses on weekends. I had little time to study in other fields.

Dentists don’t have a chance to learn about business if they don’t act on their own.

Even if your passion as a dentist is more than anyone else’s, the management of the clinic does not work by itself.
