Coach M provides business coaching that helps business owners clarify their vision, translate it into strategy, involve the leadership team, and create an organization that can execute together.

What I aim to build is not a company where only the CEO works hard.

It is a company where the owner’s vision is understood by the leadership team, where leaders can communicate it in their own words, where each employee takes pride in their role, and where the whole organization moves in the same direction.

Through my experience as a dentist, launching a clinic overseas, managing businesses in Cambodia and Vietnam, working with multicultural teams, and supporting business owners as a coach, I have learned what organizations truly need in order to grow.
