What is a global leader?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>A global leader is a leader who plays an active part on the world stage.<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff21 person who works with people of different countries and cultures, who are diverse, lead teams, and work to achieve the goals of the organization.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_What_are_the_capabilities_of_being_a_global_leader\"><\/span>2. What are the capabilities of being a global leader?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Variety of skills are required to be active globally not to mention leadership and management skills<\/p>\n\n<p>When I left Japan 10 years ago and started working in Southeast Asia, the first challenge I encountered was that my work didn&#8217;t work well because of the miscommunication that came from differences in language, culture, thinking, and working.<\/p>\n\n<p>When I was in Japan, I took it for granted that people understand what I said and ment, but that didn&#8217;t work here.<\/p>\n\n<p>The boss, the subordinate, and the business partner did not work as I expected.<\/p>\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t have anyone to talk to about my problem in business. However, the expectation from the top hangs heavily.<\/p>\n\n<p>I was lucky enough to overcome my extreme stress and distrust of people by meeting my life mentor during this difficult time.<\/p>\n\n<p>And I realize how spoiled I had been in the environment when I was in Japan, and at the same time I thought about what skills and abilities I needed to ssucceed in this enviroment.<\/p>\n\n<p>So from my experience, I would like to list the capabilities necessary for global leaders.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-1_Leadership_Skills\"><\/span><strong>2-1. Leadership Skills<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u4e0a\u3052\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u30e2\u30c1\u30d9\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u7dad\u6301\u3057\u3001\u5f15\u3063\u5f35\u3066\u884c\u304d\u3001\u7d50\u679c\u3092\u51fa\u3059\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-2_Self-leadership_skills\"><\/span><strong>2-2. Self-leadership skills<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u4eba\u3092\u30ea\u30fc\u30c9\u3059\u308b\u524d\u306b\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u30ea\u30fc\u30c9\u3067\u304d\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3088\u3044\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u306b\u306a\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u30ea\u30fc\u30c9\u3059\u308b\u3068\u306f\u3001\u660e\u78ba\u306a\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u3082\u3061\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u4fe1\u5ff5\u3068\u4fa1\u5024\u89b3\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u3066\u3001\u611f\u60c5\u306b\u6d41\u3055\u308c\u305a\u3001\u5ba2\u89b3\u7684\u306b\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u898b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u5f8b\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3001\u3064\u307e\u308a\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u8ef8\u3092\u6301\u3064\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-3_English_proficiency\"><\/span><strong>2-3. English proficiency<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u5f53\u7136\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u82f1\u8a9e\u306f\u3067\u304d\u308c\u3070\u3067\u304d\u308b\u307b\u3069\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306b\u306f\u6709\u5229\u3067\u3059\u3002\u305f\u3060\u5358\u306b\u82f1\u8a9e\u304c\u8a71\u305b\u308b\u3088\u308a\u3082\u3001\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u80fd\u529b\u306e\u9ad8\u3044\u307b\u3046\u304c\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u3069\u3093\u306a\u306b\u8a00\u8a9e\u304c\u901a\u3058\u3066\u3082\u3001\u80fd\u529b\u306e\u306a\u3044\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u306b\u306f\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3044\u304d\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-4_Communication_skills\"><\/span><strong>2-4. Communication skills<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u8a00\u8a9e\u3001\u975e\u8a00\u8a9e\u306b\u3088\u308b\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u80fd\u529b\u306f\u30b0\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30eb\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u4e00\u756a\u5927\u4e8b\u3068\u3044\u3063\u3066\u3082\u904e\u8a00\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4ed5\u4e8b\u4e0a\u306e\u554f\u984c\u306e\u591a\u304f\u306f\u30df\u30b9\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u304c\u539f\u56e0\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u304b\u3089\u6d77\u5916\u3078\u51fa\u3066\u9593\u3082\u306a\u3044\u30d3\u30b8\u30cd\u30b9\u30d1\u30fc\u30bd\u30f3\u3092\u30b3\u30fc\u30c1\u30f3\u30b0\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3001\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u540c\u3058\u3088\u3046\u306a\u60a9\u307f\u3092\u62b1\u3048\u3066\u82e6\u52b4\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>such as<\/p>\n\n<p>\u73fe\u5730\u793e\u54e1\u3068\u306e\u30df\u30b9\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3067\u4ed5\u4e8b\u304c\u56de\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3002\u7d50\u5c40\u307b\u3068\u3093\u3069\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc\u3059\u308b\u7fbd\u76ee\u306b\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>I can&#8217;t do my job the way I want between the head office and the local board.<\/p>\n\n<p>There is no one to discuss the problem of work.<\/p>\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t know what to do because the ways I&#8217;ve been doing don&#8217;t work here.<\/p>\n\n<p>Because the language is not able to be transmitted, the instruction is not transmitted well.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>you can see that most of them are from communication problems.<\/p>\n\n<p>Japan has a culture of &#8220;read the air&#8221; or &#8220;sence it without I saying&#8221;, but this is impossible unless you are a mind-reading person.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u7279\u306b\u6d77\u5916\u3067\u306f\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u610f\u898b\u306f\u7684\u78ba\u306b\u3001\u8ad6\u7406\u7684\u306b\u8ab0\u306b\u3067\u3082\u308f\u304b\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u4f1d\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-5_Be_able_to_talk_about_the_history_and_culture_of_your_country\"><\/span><strong>2-5. Flexibility<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u591a\u69d8\u306a\u6587\u5316\u3084\u8003\u3048\u65b9\u306e\u5b58\u5728\u3059\u308b\u30b0\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30eb\u306a\u74b0\u5883\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u3059\u308b\u306b\u306f\u3001\u67d4\u8edf\u306b\u9069\u5fdc\u3057\u3001\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5438\u53ce\u3001\u5b66\u7fd2\u3057\u7d9a\u3051\u306a\u304f\u3066\u306f\u3044\u3051\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>It is natural that successful experiences in your home country do not work in different cultures. You need the flexibility to change the way you do things and learn new ways of doing things and not to be caught up in the past.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-7_Ability_to_continue_learning\"><\/span><strong>2-7.
